Theatre tour announced

Dutch gothic rockers WITHIN TEMPTATION have issued the following update on their forthcoming Theatre Tour 2010: "We have great news! After receiving great responses on our sold out theatre tour in 2008, we decided to do a rerun of this tour, so you'll still have the opportunity to attend these special seated concerts. During these shows we will be playing a lot of our songs in an acoustic version and we'll have special lighting and visual effects. The tour will cover 17 shows in The Netherlands and Belgium. Two new songs available for streaming

England's extreme metal duo ANAAL NATHRAKH will release its new album, "In The Constellation Of The Black Widow", on June 29 via Candlelight Records. A limited-edition vinyl version of the effort will be made available the same month via Feto Records (the label run by NAPALM DEATH's Shane Embury and ANAAL NATHRAKH's Mick Kenney). H2 trailer available

The trailer for Rob Zombie's fourth film as a writer and director, "H2", has been posted at Yahoo! Movies and can be viewed below. The film, a sequel to his hit 2007 remake of "Halloween", recently wrapped filming in Georgia and is due for release on August 28. Zombie recently told Fangoria magazine that he's taking more creative liberties with the franchise this time, saying, "This is not a remake of (1981's) 'Halloween II'; this is totally my thing, my story. After I made 'Halloween', I was totally burned out. I said I'd never make a sequel. But after every record, every tour, I say the same thing."... More...

To reunite for MARILLION tribute album

UNICORN, the long-defunct progressive rock band featuring acclaimed Swedish multi-instrumentalist/producer Dan Swanö (NIGHTINGALE, EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH) will reunite to record a cover version of the MARILLION song "After Me". The track will be included on the "Recital For A Season's End - A Tribute To Marillion" compilation, to be released on the Italian label Mellow Records (which previously released the UNICORN albums).... As previously reported, NATTEFROST (Nattefrost, CARPATHIAN FOREST) and FENRIZ’ RED PLANET (DARKTHRONE) have signed with Indie Recordings for the split release, Engangsgrill. 'Nekronaut II Nekro Spirituals', a track from Engangsgrill, is now streaming on Nattefrost's MySpace page.
