Synthesis of 25 years

-And which of others DESTRUCTION cover versions have you heard yet?
I have heard already “Thrash Till’ Death”, I have heard “Curse The Gods” or “Invicible Force” cover versions too, sometimes “Bestial Invasion”, “Mad Butcher” naturally too…

-So maybe are the songs too, that would you like to record as the covers with DESTRUCTION? My proposals for you would be for example “Der Kommissar” of FALCO or “Sonderzug nach Pankow” of UDO LINDENBERG!
Oh, no, better let to forget about it (laugh). No, we would like better to do a punk bands covers like for example maybe G.B.H or THE EXPLOITED, practically we have covered THE EXPLOITED already during our beginnings, so I have no idea, what could we do yet now…

-This year you have played a gig with HEADHUNTER during the edition of Wacken 2008. Are you playing the concerts with this band regular or maybe rather only once in a while?
Rather only once in a while, mainly regards of my complete lack of time, so it was very cool, that finally we could to do it. That’s all makes us very happy, cause there’s something like our hobby, but that’s no professional band, which could to go on tour or something else... All have the normal jobs, I am touring all time with DESTRUCTION. I hope, that next year we will release a new album and do maybe the tour, but for this moment that’s no a good time, it must to be ripe anyway…

-Now everybody’s ears and eyes are concentrated on the “D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N” stuff, but the next album of DESTRUCTION will be…
A live album probably, probably even a double live album. This is the thing, that we would like to do next year, the same like maybe a DVD too.

-Which way will you spend this year the Christmas time? I wish you of course much of goodies, but would you like to wish to all of DESTRUCTION fans all over the world?
I will spend this Christmas time near the Polish border, cause the parents of my girlfriend will be spending these days, resting in the area of Germany, Czech Republic and Poland, I would like of course to rest myself too and a little bit to celebrate, to have a much fun, but give no presents to somebody. And I wish to all of DESTRUCTION fans to see ourselves in the next year on tours, we will be play everywhere, where it will be only possible, and then – time shall tell…
