The way of transition

-You have mentioned about AFTER DEATH demo compilation. In the case of NOCTURNUS there’s a demo compilation in discography too, so maybe are the chances to release the DVD material too, including for example the fragment of very first shows of your band?
Hm, and again we are back to the trademark situation. Well, there is a very well plan of release the DVD via Season Of Mist, but I don’t know or will be too something for me… But I didn’t have anything to do what I have… Even if they released DVD with the different of shows on from “The Key Tour”, “Thresholds Tour” and “Ethereal Tomb” also, but again they didn’t never ask for my permission to put this out, so cause back to the band members, who took the name from me, they could release the another NOCTURNUS album, but I don’t think that’s gonna happened. You know, the one thing, that I can legally release as far as, that would be AFTER DEATH stuff.

-Last time I have got the newsletter of German Iron Pegasus Records, announcing the original name NOCTURNUS A.D. Could you explain me what’s that?
Well, that’s the transition more than anything. I am trying to show to people way of the transition from NOCTURNUS to AFTER DEATH and now that we can do NOCTURNUS songs, we can do MORBID ANGEL songs from when I was in the band, and doing convincingly and have the old feeling that the people like, you know, because that’s what I am trying to do.

-Tell me shortly, how looks the question the gigs of your other bands – AFTER DEATH and LISA THE WOLF? Are you playing the gigs or maybe regular tours?
Lisa was a girlfriend of mine before four years, we have been together before four years, so you know… See, when we have splitted-up, she moved to Poland as a matter of fact, but... We are not working together anymore, so she’s no more in AFTER DEATH too, so I am not working with her anymore musically, also… You know, that’s just not situation like four years ago, so...

-Have you got sometimes a tears of sentiment in your eyes, reminding yourself the early gigs on Florida? I remember the booklet of your demo compilation with photos of hand-painted posters, where you have announced to play with MORBID ANGEL, OBITUARY or AMON, the previous image of DEICIDE…
Oh, yeah, yeah, those were the greatest times, a many head like huge announce of people just to go the show and then really into the music. Is more like that here in Europe too, you know, but in America much of things are very past and people don’t really… you know, they don’t really pay attention to stuff like they do here, you know what I mean? But if they use to do this not that way anymore, everybody listen to the nu-metal stuff and that’s not really what we do.

-I wish you good luck and all of goodies. What original would you like to say to Polish fans, who loves NOCTURNUS?
Just try to stay original as possible and keep the… you know. Try to do something that somebody hasn’t than already, you know, that’s the best thing that I can say to the most people. I hope you will like AFTER DEATH stuff, so be more than to come!
