Through fight they grow

- Like thrash giants from the mid 80s you've recorded a beautiful ballad. I guess that it's very special song for you. "It's Time" is dedicated to Vittek form DECAPITATED. It's no strange 'cause you were friends. Was it hard to sing those words of sorrow? Btw how did you came to an idea to invite his brother Vogg to play a guest solo in that song?
We just knew there's no one else who should do it but Vogg...He recorded beautiful solo that proves us to be right. Vitek's death was a great shock for us and a great tragedy. We just felt that we should do something like this to honor him. I'm sure that it was purifying for Vogg as well. Everyone who knew Vitek felt huge loss after he passed away. It was the least we could do for him and maybe first of all for ourselves.

- When we talk about DECAPITATED's tragic accident I know that you support Covan's recovery. How would you desribe his condition today. Are there chances that he'll be back on stage in not so distant future?
From what we know Covan is getting better but it's too early to say if or when he'll be back on stage. His condition is still bad even though he's making progress.

- Like many thrash bands you also sing a lot about society, war, religion and politics. Do you concentrate on local Polish topics or inetrnational affairs like global warming for example?
My lyric concentrate on political behavioral patterns and their lack… in Poland and from perspective this country. I describe people which they create the politics and they are create social norms and standards which they do not respect… You can call this revolt or simply own convictions

- I'm sure that the natural environment for new songs is stage. Without any doubts it's perfect ammunition for crowd's execution. Are there any plans of touring, especially outside Poland?
We have a couple of gigs to play but unfortunatelly only Poland so far. We do our best to finally visit rest of Europe but it's not that simple without a label support. Anyway: Through Fight We Grow!!!

- It'd be nice to film one of your shows and release your first DVD. Are there any plans?
We'd really like to do something like this but we don't want to do do it by force. As soon as we'll get an oportunity to play gig long enough to be released as DVD we'll do it for sure. As for now there's a lot of live songs you can watch online.

- Maybe I'm just too fussy but I'd like to ask you why did you decide to change band's logo on a front cover? Btw. Is there any deeper meaning behind that picture or is it just another postapocalyptic landscape that fits the music well?
In this moment 2 logos of the band are current, though the new logo is the official logo no.1 obviously. The picture on front describes main source of critique… They have specify track of thinking…

- "AoG" is another VS album released by MYSTIC PRODUCTIONS. Did you ever think about looking for something new? Btw what do you think about the label's evolution there are more and more non-metal releases in last moths?
I think it's great that Mystic gets into more diversity of music styles. As long as they don't leave us behind we don't have anything camplain about :). Mystic is the biggest label in Poland nowadays and we have no reason to look for anything else. Our cooperation is doing just fine, without any disagreements so far and if this relationship will not change, next VS album will be released by Mystic as well.

-Last words…
Thanx for questions man. And remember THROUGH FIGHT WE GROW!!!
