The release consisted of two DVD discs features a lot of great stuff for LACUNA COIL's admirers. The first disc includes two band's live performances and four official videoclips (Our Truth, Enjoy The Silence, Closer, Within Me). The main dish is a show from Wacken Open Air in 2007. The concert turned out great (otherwise the wouldn't put it on a DVD). Band's very energetic performance, crowd's enthusiastic response, very professional filming from several cameras and sound high quality allow you to watch it and get pleasure. It seems that Italian metallers under commands of beautiful brunette felt very comfortable on Wacken's huge stage. My favorite moments of the show are definitely „Senzafine” sang in band's native language, DEPECHE MODE's cover version of „Enjoy The Silence” and „Our Truth”- one of the biggest hits from "Karmacode" album, played for the end of the show. The next part of the disc features also a show the band played on Loudpark Festival 2007 in Tokyo. Its a venue show, so it's completely different compared to Wacken. Maybe the image quality isn't so high, maybe it ended too short (only 6 songs), nevertheless I still find it cool and interesting.

Disc numer two. Its first section called „The Band” features a bunch of personal videos of each member of the band. Cristina decided to talk about Rezophonic- a special benefit project who's mission is to gain some money for people in Africa, help them to build wheels and so on. Andrea Ferro guides you through some nice places in LACUNA COIL's hometown- Milan. From ancient buildings to San Siro- huge soccer stadium of famous local football team. Cristiano Migliore takes you for a small tour through his country area, located somewhere in Italy (actually, it's much more beautiful than crowded Milan). I enjoy the trip very much. Actually I wanna spend my next summer holiday there, laying in the sun, drinking wine, eating pizza, doing nothing. Marco Biazzi spends days with his guitars, no matter where he goes and what he does (come on man, are there no beautiful chicks in Italy?). Marco Coti Zelati shows you his boring, everyday rituals. And finally CriZ- the drummer. He practices everything from yoga, kick-boxing and kung-fu trainings (weird dances with macheta included) to pissing off his little dog. The second part entitled „Behind The Scenes” features some nice documentary movies. Reports from tour in Australia in 2007 and band's first tour in Japan, plus making of „The Our Truth” and „Closer” videoclips. Pretty short movies, worth watching. „Breaking The Code”- the third section of the second disc contains top 10 fan submissions, videoclips, pictures, drawings and other things inspired by LACUNA COIL. There's also a very interesting interview with Cristina for Empty Spiral (LACUNA COIL's community), entirely consisted of fan's questions. Check also three remixes (strange but interesting) of „To The Edge” track made by fans and illustrated with high quality pictures of the band.

This is one of the greatest DVD releases I've watched in 2008. „Visual Karma- Body, Mind And Soul” is definitely worth its price.
